Was he a relative of the children? Child abuse runs in the family. Not “genetically,” but because they’ve all grown up with it and even think it’s normal.
I worked with mentally handicapped (we used to call them “retarded”) children in very rural Western PA, and a huge number of the kids were the products of incest. A family visit was terrifying, because you knew it was still going on.

These kids have been let down again and again. The siblings should be living together, sharing a house, assuming they’re not a danger to each other. Enough money was raised to give them a good life. Instead, they are being denied access to it. So sad...
Thankfully, the story came from the DM. We are told everyday they do nothing but propaganda so, the story is false.
Don’t forget it is the state of California screwing these kids over.
Fortunately for the taxpayers his prison time should be short.
Yep. Duly noted. The kids have been let down in two states.
They could’ve been saved when they lived in Texas, but teachers and police there did nothing.
Then, in California, one kid had to escape to save the others, and now the state is keeping their money from them after placing some of them with other abusers.
