During a staff meeting on Florida’s recent enactment of the Parental Rights in Education bill, an executive producer at Disney said she was advancing a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” to insert queerness into children’s animation.
Latoya Raveneau, executive producer for Disney Television Animation, talked about how the studio’s treatment of her progressive ideas defied her negative expectations of the company, in a video obtained by journalist Christopher Rufo. Instead of vetoing her pitches for LGBTQ-friendly Easter eggs or overt references in her series, Disney gladly accepted and included them, she claimed.
“In my little pocket of Proud Family Disney TVA, the showrunners were super welcoming . . . to my not-at-all-secret gay agenda,” she said. “Maybe it was that way in the past, but I guess something must have happened . . . and then like all that momentum that I felt, that sense of ‘I don’t have to be afraid to have these two characters kiss in the background.’ I was just, wherever I could, adding queerness. . . . No one would stop me, and no one was trying to stop me.”
She said that when she joined, she assumed Disney would try to keep LGBTQ elements out of content for younger audiences, but she was pleasantly surprised.

Disney employees staged a walkout last week to protest the measure, wearing rainbow colors, holding signs with pro-LGBTQ slogans, and shouting, “Say Gay,” as they marched down the street.

And yet, conservatives still flock to Disney theme parks and consume Disney products.
We are our own worst ememies.
Based on her age, her children must be, presumably, very young. In a functional society, they should be interviewed by LEOs and social services to uncover likely sexual abuse.
I don’t think so
I think the two predominate Hollywood demographics foster the like minded
DUMP DISNEY !!!
“:^)
Jesus came to this world, not to judge or condemn, but to
reveal the light.
Do I have higher judgment skills than Him?
God will address this in time.
“Do I have higher judgment skills than Him?”
No; you don’t. That’s why we have His Word clearly outlining how we should to judge sins and sinners.
“God will address this in time.”
He already did that — thousands of years ago.
I believe that homosexuality is a sin against God, not you and me.
God will deal with it.
Unless we want to round up people to be exterminated, burn
down their communities with them in them, or incarcerate them
for life, I don’t see a viable option for us.
David was a murderer. Peter actively hunted down early
Christian. God forgave them. God stated that David was a
man after his own heart.
We don’t know if some will repent. Only God does.
Should we not allow them that chance?
I know what happened in Sodom and Gammorah. God took that
Action. He didn’t give man that task.
Maybe He'll use nukes as a tool of judgement against the people who wouldn't oppose what we are doing (and have done) to children.
Those who abuse children are a sordid group.
Those who do it for self-gratification will not be looked upon
lightly > IMO.
People who do so, are in for serious trouble ahead.
“David was a murderer.”
And we JUDGE and punish murderers.”
“Peter actively hunted down early
Christian.”
Paul?
Thank you. Yes, Paul.
It wasn’t the crime that I was seeking justice for.
God found good in these men.
Good loves every human. Jesus came to die for every human.
I don’t like everything I have done in life. I can’t decide
that others haven’t done good things also.
Homosexuality isn’t something that prevents these people
from doing many good works also. Not every homosexual is
out there hitting on children.
Even homosexuals are disturbed by what others do in their
name.
Should we have squads spying on homosexuals to see if they
are having sex with other people of the same sex?
If so, should they be arrested? Should they be put to death?
How far do we go in enforcing God’s will, when we don’t
know all that God sees, and all that God judges?
Wouldn’t this put us on a pedestal along side God in the
determination of other people’s salvation?
I submit that we don’t have to approve of what others do.
If they are living decent lives in other ways, I do not
see homosexuality as a capital offense.
God may (and probably does), but in due time, He, not I, will execute judgement.
Such things are not on my Christian work flow chart.
Disney is less wholesome than Las Vegas. If I had kids, I would feel more comfortable taking them to the Bellagio than the Magic Kingdom.
I wouldn't go that far, except to agree that Vegas often hides their corruption better than Disney. Still, don't give your money to the enemy.
