Talked to a Dem friend today. He said that he and some other Dem friends are coming to the realization that Biden has some cognitive "issues".
He had no answers for a solution.

Biden said his comments about Putin were “aspirational.” He suggested we were not going to invade Russia. My interpretation is that he was talking about killing Putin. That was “Aspirational.”
If you or I expressed our “aspirational” thoughts about Biden along the same lines, the Secret Service would come visit us.
This man is dangerous. He is delusional. His first reaction is that of a petulant 11 year old: “I didn’t do that.”
He has to go.

If he “walked it back”, he would more than likely get lost and end up outside an ice cream joint some where.
