Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) claimed in an interview posted Thursday that fellow lawmakers have invited him to an orgy and done cocaine in front of him.
The remarks from Cawthorn, 26, who in his 14 months as a congressman has developed a reputation for unpredictable statements, came in the context of a discussion about whether, in "Warrior Poet Society" podcast host John Lovell's words, "House of Cards" was a “fictitious show” or if it was “closer to like a documentary.”

The only people he can be referring to are Republicans. What Democrat would he want to be seen with? Or who would want to be seen with him?
“I wish Cawthorn had pictures to back up his statement”
Maybe he could get some equipment and lessons from O’Keefe.
That would sure be the way to go!
You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.
I don’t know anything about him and a lot in here don’t like him, but a lot in here don’t like anybody, so I mostly disregard everything they say.
It’s very risky on his part to make accusations like that against any of that bunch unless he provides the proof at the time of the statement. They will kill you with a smile on their faces and no regrets.
O’Keefe would be the way to go.
“ The guy doing cocaine was the one who found out Pelosi was going to be at the orgy.”
There isn’t enough cocaine to make me attend that event.
“and NEVER accepted a drink”
worried about a drink being spiked?
Wouldn’t you?
Yes.
How is it libelous if no one is named?
Politicians by and large are a disgusting bunch of corrupt criminals. Why would you doubt they engage in sex orgies? They do drugs, steal money, take bribes, diddle kids and all manner of monstrous activity.
I agree! Name the names or STFU. Otherwise, you come off like a publicity stunt.
Agree as well!
I agree! Name the names or STFU. Otherwise, you come off like a publicity stunt.
I see good strategy on what he did.
Nothing illegal about orgys. Cocaine is a different matter.
If someone from the religious right is at an orgy…that’s a political issue.
Probably a setup to see if they could get him to join in.
No doubt Cawthorn is deep state.
No doubt politicians do these things. But Cawthorne is a Biden supporter and Pelosi puppet.
For those who don't know or remember, in late January 2021 Cawthorn proclaimed Biden's legitimacy and stated the election was not fraudulent.
"Yes, I think I would say that the election was not fraudulent. You know, the Constitution allowed for us to be able to push back as much as we could and I did that to the amount of the constitutional limits that I had at my disposal. So now I would say that Joseph R. Biden is our president.""So when I contested to the election, that was within the constitutional guidelines that the framers had set up. But after I've done that and the electors and the delegates from each state elected Joe Biden as our president, I respect the office. He is my president, and I want to work with him to make sure that we can bring some meaningful change to the American people."
Since Biden's inauguration, Cawthorn has signed onto a letter along with 16 other GOP House freshmen, saying they look forward to working with Biden. Notably, Cawthorn is the youngest member of Congress in modern history, according to US House records, at just 25 years old.
Above quotes and excerpt are from a Jan. 24, 2021 news report in an interview he gave with CNN
He endorsed Biden as president, called Biden his president, stated the election was not fraudulent and stated he wanted to work with Biden.
A Free Republic post on Cawfield kowtowing on CNN was made at the time, which can be seen here: Madison Cawthorn Once Opposed Electoral College Certification…Now He Says Biden’s Victory was Legitimate
Why did he acquiesce in this way? Note that about a week before this complete kowtow to Biden on CNN, the Democrats and Pelosi were threatening to kick him out on congress. Posted here at FR:
Democrats pressure Pelosi to expel Madison Cawthorn [North Carolina]
So we can see that at the first sign of trouble he rolled over and showed his belly to the democrats.
He is saying the right things today, but he has already shown to Pelosi and the Dems that when push comes to shove he will back down and toe the line.
Blaine, Blaine, James G Blaine, continental liar from the state of Maine!
Oh, come on. Young and naïve? Yes. But Deep State? When tipping off people that Washington has cocaine-fuled orgies? I don't think so.
Did he cave to immense pressure to call Creepy Joe "President"? Sure - Tucker Carlson calls him "President Biden" all the time. Or is he deep state now too?
“But Deep State? When tipping off people that Washington has cocaine-fuled orgies? I don’t think so.”
Don’t need him to tell yes that.
He says he just saw it.
But does not say who, does not say a time, a place.
He can only be covering up for the person he says he saw using drugs if true.
He won’t say which congressmen are committing crimes and have a drug problem despite first hand knowledge he claims.
But he will say Joe Biden is great and won fair and square. He says this:
“Yes, I think I would say that the election was not fraudulent. You know, the Constitution allowed for us to be able to push back as much as we could and I did that to the amount of the constitutional limits that I had at my disposal. So now I would say that Joseph R. Biden is our president.”
“So when I contested to the election, that was within the constitutional guidelines that the framers had set up. But after I’ve done that and the electors and the delegates from each state elected Joe Biden as our president, I respect the office. He is my president, and I want to work with him to make sure that we can bring some meaningful change to the American people.”
So you come now, GOPe head.
