I do know a woman in a village in Luhansk, that I have received sparodic emails from.
I have known her for years.
They heard gunfire and explosions from a nearby village.
She and her elderly father went over, the next day.
Everyone was gone, except some teens that had run into the woods and returned later.
Everyone was gone.
It was all women, children and elderly.
They found bodies of elderly men that were killed and some young women that had been tied to beds, raped and beheaded, with their heads placed between their thighs.
The witnesses said Chechens did it.
That’s exactly who they were. Civilians started voluntarily evacuating to Russia over a week before the operation started. I watched it on the news myself. They weren’t being kidnapped. More Ukrainian BS.

The truth we know is that a lot of people were indeed evacuated to Russia from Donbass from Russian-controlled areas.
The question balances on whether or not Ukraine claims these people as Ukrainians.
