Oil was around $24 per barrel in March 2020. Trump wanted to "buy low-priced oil to restock the nation’s emergency Strategic Petroleum Reserve". Dems wouldn't do it.
Biden sure wishes more oil was in reserve now. He will pay the cost in November.
