President Biden told US troops in Poland Friday that they will witness the bravery of Ukrainians fighting off Russia’s invasion “when you’re there” — making a significant gaffe after he previously said the US must stay out of the European conflict to avoid triggering “World War III.”
Biden made the remark while addressing members of the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division after lunching on pizza and posing for selfies with dozens of paratroopers at a mess hall in Rzeszow, southeastern Poland.
“You’re going to see when you’re there, and some of you have been there, you’re gonna see — you’re gonna see women, young people standing in the middle in front of a damned tank just saying, ‘I’m not leaving, I’m holding my ground,’” Biden said.

When they finally get around to having Joe correct it, he will say instead, “What I meant was, when I go back over there to join the fight and lead the Ukrainian people in this war, we’ll all see those things I was talking about. C’mon, man!”

Again with the young woman reference. Biden has a problem.
This sad, demented man as Commander-in-chief is reason enough for the implementation of the 25th Amendment. The future PHYSICAL survival of the nation is at stake now. Imagine what thousands of Russian missiles could do to our cities and towns, and people.
I cannot believe what I’m witnessing here, and further cannot fathom why his inner circle and the party is allowing this. It’s gone way past the gaffe stage.
I’m sorry to take issue with the war hawks here at FR, but Ukraine is not worth the total destruction of our country, and by extension the civilized world.
Cooler heads need to prevail here and get diplomacy into overdrive.
Send this president offstage with some ice cream and pudding pops. He can make the occasional speech from the sound stage across the street from the White House, with Jill there to make sure he doesn’t wander off script.
Hopefully this is just another gaffe. I know a lot neocons on this board would be happy with this Ukraine simply isn’t our problem
