Nancy McEldowney, Kamala’s national security adviser, is leaving the vice-president’s office to attend to some personal matters, according to an internal memo. After serving in her role for more than a year, she’s planning her exit. McEldowney hasn’t announced her last day on the job but she said she’s ‘not rushing out the door.’
She said that she is stepping down to ‘focus on some pressing personal matters.’ Is that a nuanced version of spending more time with one’s family? It sounds like that but maybe it’s something more. For those keeping track at home, she is staffer number ten to leave Kamala’s office only a little more than a year into the Biden administration. What is notable is that these resignations are not just run-of-the-mill staffers, the ones leaving Kamala are top staff. No one wants to work for Kamala.

It must be HELL ON EARTH to work for Kamala since she is bleeding staffers so quickly.
I’m going to guess that the new spin they put on it when all the advisers bail is going to be along the lines of, “Kamala is an intelligent, strong and independent woman who is so brilliant she doesn’t need any advisers.”

If this were Trump, the media would be putting up boxes with the faces and names of all the people leaving and then they would state how bad Brandon and Kamala are and how their administration is a mess.

I hope at least one of those staffers leaving writes a book in graphic novel form to illustrate just how toxic working for Kamala can be. I bet after each time she screws up in public and gets mocked for it she flies into a rage at her staffers as if it were their fault. Therefore I would like to see a Harvey Pekar type illustrated book on this topic.
I’d bet that Avenatti would rather work for her than be in jail.

I worked for a black female once, the whole office of 10 guys were all white and that alone bugged the crap out of her so the 1st chance she got she brought a black guy into the dept.
It was obvious all of us were more experienced than she was in the every day goings on in the part of the plant we worked in. It was also obvious she knew she was in over her head.
So that put her in a defensive posture everyday and she had a hair trigger all the time......I suspect something similar is going on here.
If 46* passes, then Ms. K becomes the candidate for the 25th.
What a world....
After one day of working for Kamala, I bet Avenatti would demand to be returned to his jail cell.
Have you ever worked for someone who was incompetent, and way over their heads? My last job I worked for a nice guy. I had known him for years.
But he was in so far over his head that it was sad. He floundered and ranted and every day in our morning meetings he would tell us to “work harder.”
In the end, one day he was just gone. His career was over at 47. The million dollar home he was building was sold, unfinished. And he went to work for a non profit.
But, in the three years since he was gone, the organization is just now coming out of the mess created by him. (The pandemic did not help...)
And...people liked this guy. Imagine the absolute nightmare working for an incompetent, over their head, AND nasty idiot?
