But Antonio Guterres warns that these short-term measures might "close the window" on the Paris climate goals.
He also calls on countries, including China, to fully phase out coal by 2040.

If these green lunatics are allowed to make policy, there will not only be severe poverty but widespread hunger and overt famine. The resulting wars will bring about unprecedented death, destruction and suffering.
