Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, was briefly hailed (by some) as a consensus nominee that even some Republicans could support.
I’m starting to think that Republican support will be much harder to get than Biden had hoped.
Last month, we learned that in 1996, Jackson wrote a “Note” for the Harvard Law Review arguing that convicted sex offenders were treated “unfairly” in the courts. Earlier this week, her past work advocating on behalf of Guantánamo Bay terrorists also became an issue that will undoubtedly come up during her confirmation hearings.
Completing the trifecta of disturbing aspects of Ketanji Brown Jackson’s radical record is her repeated embracing of champions of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in lectures and speeches and her belief that “microaggressions” are real.
If confirmed, Jackson won’t alter the court’s ideological balance, but that’s no reason for Republicans not to stand up for American values and vote “nay” on her confirmation.

I’m sorry, but there is no way anyone who thinks this way belongs on the Supreme Court.
And yet the rinos will happily vote for her

I think SCOTUS needs a few fewer lawyers and a few more historians.
And continue to give aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States just like the Demonicrats.
When States start decertifying the 2020 election, congress will run to SCOTUS for a ruling.
They better damn-sure find “no standing” as Elections are the purview of the States.
Says so in the Constitution.
This is why The Trump legal team was denied standing; they did not bring in the State’s Legislators as part of the suit.
The State legislators are the only ones who can provide proof of HARM.
Maybe not at the moment but she will hold the position for life and who knows what the future will hold.....
AS if................... You know the usual suspects on the republicrat side will vote to confirm.

When we were adolescents we loved to say and do outrageous things. We CRAVED attention from adults and we knew that was ONE way to get their immediate and undivided attention!!
Then, we grew up and saw how ridiculous and ignorant that was. WE grew up ... not the Liberals.
SCOTUS picks by, ‘President Potato Head’ are the MAIN reason we MUST have both the House and the Senate in 2022!
Granted, we ARE fighting a battle on many, MANY fronts, but this, IMHO, is a biggie.
Our first mistake was bringing Africans here.
Our second was letting women vote.
Above all else she is motivated by race and certainly someone we don’t want on the court.
