By age 10, Moore had for years been strapped down repeatedly in mental health wards and “pumped full of drugs” in different hospitals. That was in addition to the abuse she’d experienced at home. It appears it is prostitution by someone with HIV who does not reveal their status to their customer(s).
fifty years ago these types of individuals didn't get air time, or make the news. They lived in back alleys and dug thru your trash cans at midnight.

EVERYTHING about HIV points back to men-with-men sexual behavior.
Men contract HIV almost exclusively through sex with other men. Women are basically a dead end as transmitters for the infection because the insertive partner is overwhelmingly the one who transmits the virus. Women can transmit the infection, but it is very rare and usually involves men who have other advanced STD's, like syphillis or gonorrhea sores.
Women who contract HIV do so sexually from men who also have sex with men.
IV drug abusers are a very distant 3rd place.
The article says she got HIV from rape. I guess even if so she had no “right” to prostitute after that with HIV. Thanks for clearing that up.
Having AIDS is not a crime.
Knowingly having sex with people, in her case MANY MANY people (she was a prostitute), and not telling them is a crime and should always be a crime.
If you boil the “bias” down it is due to females being more likely to be prostitutes than males.

But Biden and his ‘81 million’ had to call in so many markers they’ve obligated themselves to have to listen to and deal with in the here and now.
