The Left:
If only all decent citizens guns had been taken away and there
were no police, this wouldn’t have happened.
As if the criminal element will ever stop what they are doing
with illegal guns they have now.
It just gives them the right to kill anyone they want with no
fear of them fighting back.
Conservatives know this.
Sadly, people with less than room temperature IQs don’t.
New Law:
Part I
A person using a gun defensibly, shall be free from any and
all subsequent charges. They will have full immunity and
certain powers of prevention.
Part II
A person who uses a gun offensively first, will not be able to
claim protection under Part I, from that moment forward.
Part III
If a person protected under Part I walks up on a person that
that used a gun offensively in the beginning of the altercation,
and is still breathing, the person protected under Part I is
under no obligation to walk away. If he deems the person
likely to violate Part II again, he is free to end the threat
to society.
The chance for the person to be safe, was before he opted
to be classified under Part II. Once he did, he will not
be protected by the law.
Part IV
A person can be grandfathered in on the back of a person who
was classified as a Part I individual.
He can take any action the person covered under Part I could
against the person categorized as a Part II person.
A reasonable claim to have witnessed the whole incident will
need to be presented.
Part V
No person can be grandfathered in to protect a person classified
as a Part II individual. Should someone try it, they will
immediately become a person in violation of Part II.

There have been several reports in the past few days of “youth” just randomly killing people for no reason. Just walking up and killing people. And by “youth” I mean “teens” Or “unidentified man.”
In a prior post on a mother who murdered her 8 year old daughter in LA I just happened to click on the LA media site and you would not be surprised at the absolute mess it has become, murder, rape, robbery, child molestation, gang violence
