While speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) said the Biden administration hasn’t done enough to combat inflation and called for increasing U.S. energy production to combat high gas prices.

Fox Business Correspondent Hillary Vaughn asked, “And on gas prices, the president said, two days ago, we can’t do much to bring them down. Has he given up on trying to fix this problem?”

So you’ve got Manchin saying let Big Oil increase production, Warren saying Big Oil is going to make too much money, need to raise their taxes, and Psaki saying Big Oil just won’t drill.

This is what Democrats call a coordinated message.

Don't be so sure about that. He's not willing to back a losing horse that declared war on energy while he's representing a coal mining state. He's making a strategic withdrawl for the moment but don't count on him to ever switch parties.
