Nearly half of single women in the U.S.—a larger percentage than single men or married couples—supported or were actively involved in racial justice protests in 2020, according to a gender-based giving study released Tuesday, coinciding with the International Women’s Day.
Around 48.2% of single women surveyed supported racial justice causes, such as Black Lives Matter, Say Her Name, and others, compared to 40.9% for single men, and 40.3% for married/partnered couples, according to the report titled Women Give 2022: Racial Justice, Gender and Generosity by the Women’s Philanthropy Institute (WPI) at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy of Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
Overall, a much smaller portion of the population (14.2%) actually donated money in support of racial justice.
Compared to single men or couples, single women were also more likely to give to racial justice organizations or grassroots organizations, and to take action by donating to political candidates who supported their views on racial equity issues, according to the report.
“Despite being disproportionately impacted by the global pandemic, women of all backgrounds have contributed to racial justice movements in countless ways, from participating in marches, to financial support, to contacting elected officials to demand police accountability,” Una Osili, associate dean for research and international programs at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, said in the report.
Funded by grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, WPI releases a series of Women Give reports each year, exploring various factors that shape gender-based giving patterns. This attitude survey was conducted online among a general population sample of 2,073 households in May 2021.
The report also looked at how different racial identity groups gave differently to social justice causes. It found that Black households were significantly more likely to indicate support for the 2020 racial justice protests (69.7%)

Sometimes it almost seems as though women are a little different from men.

In the US is largely is...it may even be that way in much of the Western world. I have read that marriage rates are historically low.
Feminism has done great damage to relationships between the sexes. It has, intentionally or otherwise, resulted in multitudes of angry, militant females without boyfriends, husbands, dates or prospects. The loneliness and hopelessness only compounds their anger and their militancy.
There is great irony and tragedy in young, heterosexual women adopting and promulgating feminism which was created out of whole cloth by lesbians and old maids on college campuses. It’s akin to eating junk food every night and expecting to lose weight.
But females still have empathetic and/or maternal urges. Unfortunately, when combined with radicalism and political naivete, it means they are often compelled to support (financially and otherwise) causes, having been suckered by the false advertising and rhetoric of this or that grievance group.
There is no such thing as ‘racial justice.’ It’s an absurd term born of an absurd concept.
In an earlier era, unmarried women who were emotional and idealistic would have become nuns.
Frankly, its a much better outlet than being on-line and worshipping post-modern and political gods.
You have to draw the line somewhere even if you are chasing tail, can you imagine fooling around with any of those women who even if they were hot someone somewhere is sick of them

Huh? I’m straining to understand the mentality behind that. As a man, I can safely say that about the last thing that would impress me about a woman (other than maybe tattoos, a criminal record and a heroin habit) would be her commitment to funding BLM and its ilk.
“Racial justice” means the final solution for white people.
They are virtue signaling idiots who are cutting their own throats, thereby destroying their futures.
Perfect example of why the Left needed to destroy marriage.
No one wants to marry them.

Why they are still single

If you're a single man go to church regularly, particularly an evangelical church. Those women don't tend to be into worldly causes. The single women in church outnumber the single men bigly -- giving you the pick of the litter. And last but not least, according to a behavior study many years ago, the people who have sex the most frequently are the people who are married, Christian, and attend church regularly.
Yet again, God's way wins. LOL
Aka are losers.
