A Soviet-born billionaire linked to sanctioned Russian oligarchs reportedly donated the maximum amount to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s (D-NY) campaign, according to the New York Post.
Meanwhile, Hochul said in a social media post on Wednesday officials were “taking aggressive action to ensure the power of the New York economy holds Putin and his oligarchs accountable”:

I checked this guy out. He made a ton of money in Russian aluminum and then oil.
He is a major philanthropist, giving money to museums, etc., and it looks like he is now a dual citizen of the US and UK.
He gives money to both Reps and Dems to influence them about Israeli/Jewish matters. He seems to be the least evil of the Russian oligarchs, maybe not evil at all.
BTW the oligarch is Len Blavatnik.
Get rid of rat Cuomo and you simply get the next rat in line. In this case it’s Hochul.
If it wasn’t dark money supporting Democratic candidates I wonder if any of them could win an election.
