On this specific issue. I'm sure that defense has another issue ready for a new round of appeal that will have to make its way through the courts. That's the way defense attorneys roll and can extend the process for such a long time..
Do it quickly and save the tax payers a ton of money.
I assume you know that he was convicted,and sentenced,in *Federal* court.
Yup,that happened not far from where we lived when I was a kid...Watertown,Massachusetts.
I was class of 85 Brookline high. Used to hear Howe even back then. Amazing.
They can file all they want, but then SCOTUS and plenty of lower federal courts will not touch it, in view of this ruling, which guts their case.
