Idiots. They better read the writing on the wall. That expression exists for a reason.

CO2 is not a pollutant.
We exhale it.

With a screen name like yours you gotta ask?

It's such BS because modern coal power plants are non-polluting. You won't smell them. You won't see any smoke. You might see some water vapor—the stuff that clouds are made of. "Belching"? What horse shut!

Oh the horror! The mean old Court of Supreme Whim is going to minize the power that nameless faceless unaccountable beaureacrats have to harass us and create law out of thin air!

Non elected political hacks essentially writing laws without anyone voting on it?
Yea the Supreme Court is most likely going to slap this one down.

“If the Supreme Court truly honored our bribes and threats, then they would continue to perpetuate the myth that limitless power was granted to these unelected bureaucrats by Congress in order to accelerate the demise of our republic,” Warren told TPM. “But this is suddenly a constitutionally aware Supreme Court, so I’m very worried about the outcome.”

Departments are running amok with rulings that become law that only congress has authority to enact. Letting the administrative law to stand usurps the intent of congress. Now congress enjoys this because they can point fingers thinking they have immunity.

Agreed. The Dims' ability to do doublethink always baffles me. It's amazing that they loudly claim CO
2 is a pollutant while loudly claiming we need lots and lots more trees.
To those of you in Rio Linda, plants need CO2.

IMHO the part that’s scariest is “mene” being repeated. God really, really watches the clock on when nations go down.

This basically is about administrative overreach. Proggies love it until it goes against them, then they’re in court so fast you can see the vapor trail.
