A Russian column was obliterated and corpses were seen lying beside the road. The remains of the Russian military convoy blocked a street in the town of Bucha after the ambush - said to have been carried out by troops armed with NLAW missile launchers.
Artillery and drone strikes are also thought to have been deployed in the attack. Locals civilians are also reported to have helped fight the invaders by throwing petrol bombs.
Problems are real of course. I only made light of them when comparing them to the problems of the Russian military.
They lose 200-300 paratroopers trying to deploy without any support. Their columns get destroyed because they run out of gas because the soldiers stole half of the gas and traded it for vodka and are still hungover.
One of these problems is much easier to solve than the other.

You’re right. By comparison the Russian Army is stuck in the past and is incompetent. Russia has technology, but still has a third world mentality.

The is true. One concern is that almost all the incompetency is seen in the Russian troops invading from Russia itself in the north.
The southern forces from Crimea and the Donbass are not seeing the same disasters.
The worry is eventually the professionals running the southern front will be given control of the whole show.

Since the Ukrainians are blocking streets, just leave that mess there and funnel Ivan into another good ambush spot. No since cleaning up while the party is still going on.
After the war they have some good scrap metal.
The older I get the fewer reasons I see for war. I don’t have to pick a favorite in this fight so I just won’t.
