A Russian column was obliterated and corpses were seen lying beside the road. The remains of the Russian military convoy blocked a street in the town of Bucha after the ambush - said to have been carried out by troops armed with NLAW missile launchers.
Artillery and drone strikes are also thought to have been deployed in the attack. Locals civilians are also reported to have helped fight the invaders by throwing petrol bombs.

The ATGMs were somewhat helpful in creating the carnage. But the real problem was a lack of leadership - leadership that would have been available if the Russian army had a decent program to affirmatively promote minorities, womyn, LGBTQs and transgendered people.

LOL ... but there is a kernel of truth in what you say. I think the Russian military doctrine is very top-down, “do what you’re ordered or else,” and inflexible. The West has moved very far from that model since the 1960’s, because it just doesn’t work in a real battle situation.
