He’s not necessarily wrong, he’s just forecasting how the dems and establishment would react to a Trump reelection. If reelected, the deep state and establishment of both political parties will decide to throw the charade of adhering to a democratic process out the window and rush headlong into installing a dictator because the hoi polloi can clearly no longer be trusted to vote for appropriate candidates. They will claim it is their only choice and they will manufacture whatever existential crisis is necessary to make it happen.
