No, that does not worlk that way. Fighting in a foreign war does not revoke one’s US Citzenship.

Such revocation can only de done in federal court by petition or complaint.

If there was federal law preventing US citizens from fighting in foreign wars, you would have most of Blackwater Security gone.

there is a law.it was enacted after vietnam.

the balance point is “volunteer/contracteed”.
contracted individual, there is a law.
individual volunteered, no law.

organizations contracted, international commerce.
