Also, I don't know why these news sources keep dragging the TOS-1 into the mix. It is a multiple-rocket launcher, sort of a larger-scale "Stalin's Organ" and roughly comparable to our MLRS. It does not throw the big bangers like the one seen in that video.

A missile hit a gas storage tank, probably LNG. You can tell because the gas burns on the edge as it heats and expands because that’s the only place there’s oxygen.
