Russian government websites including the official Kremlin and media regulator pages are down, in what could be the first round of tit-for-tat cyberattacks after the West furiously condemned warmonger Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
Ukraine’s telecoms agency also announced that Russian TV channels had been hacked to broadcast Ukrainian songs, the Kyiv Independent reported on Saturday afternoon.
Just hours before Russia’s tyrant launched his aggressive war to ‘demilitarise’ and ‘de-Nazify’ Ukraine, Kyiv was hit by a ‘massive’ cyberattack targeting its government and banks.
he websites of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service, and Cabinet of Ministers were all out of action Wednesday afternoon.
Bomb threats were also phoned in to several government buildings, thought to be part of a psychological pressure campaign by Moscow.
The Russian president’s war appears not to be going to plan due to Kremlin ‘overconfidence’, poor tactical planning, and ‘shock’ at the fierce resistance put up by brave Ukrainians fighting for national survival, intelligence sources have claimed.

Oui oooo oooo oui wa wa....
If that didn’t do Putin in, nothing would.
Only a REAL strong man can listen to more than two
minutes of that. She went on for 15+ minutes like that.
Gag me with a pitchfork!
Makes you wonder how John Lennon could take it for so many years.
She must have had other talents...
CIA
And, hopefully, the boots of freedom trampling over the heels of Putin’s dictatorship!
Correct. There may be a ground invasion happening, but the war is going to be one of sanctions, ones, and zeroes.
Putin may have that a good old fashioned war was what the world needed, but forget to factor in technology of the resistance.
Heck, it may have even been done by some of the Russian protestors in the streets of Moscow and St. Petersburg!
The question is ...is Putin sane or not?
Not necessarily a lot of ‘hackers’ are Ukrainian based.
Strong thread of anarchism in hackers both east & west. The Russian invasion will not be popular with them. Even could be dissident Russians.
Also, the ‘Anonymous’ hacker group and the ‘E.N.I.G.M.A.’ hacker group have announced that they will be going after the Putin regime.
It’s true there a lot of hackers in Russia, and the Russian government has a big cyber warfare op as everyone knows.
But there are certainly more hackers in Eastern Europe as a whole than in Russia and the Eastern Europeans are furious over Putin’s invasion of his neighbor Ukraine.
Is he sane? Devious I think is a better way to look at it. Has Grand Delusions of a Catherine the Great country. So ya..he aint all there I guess.
If I were the Grand Duke of Russia. It might be the time to step up and reclaim my place in history and run the country kind of like the Brits do.
There is a line of succession you know that right? And the Grand Duke is in line.
Moreover..the reason I say the Grand Duke should make attempts to step in is that the Russian people are incapable of picking a true and honest leader.
They never learn over there.
It is all fun and games until Russia attacks our power grid and God forbid, turns off our Netflix.
I heard that Anonymous declared cyberwar against Russia.
It comes: Armageddon.
That’s the Copa Cabana.
You know, the hottest spot north of Havana?
“The Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the rest behind
And the Moscow girls make me jump and shout
That Georgia always on my mi mi mi mi mind......”
Agreed...
I think she appealed to his intellectual side.
She certainly wasn’t window dressing material.
The other guys thought he had a screw loose.
We’ll see how far the envelope gets pushed by either side.
What crazy and ironic times we live in.
I wonder how many Russian troops will begin to desert?
The reports of mass casualties and captives keep coming in.
Putin may also decide to use more airstrikes, ballistic missiles, and other “safer” methods of attack.
He’s running out of options to save face.
Exactly !!
And because they are going to be a problem for the Putin regime, because of them being numerous and diffuse!
Interestingly, the Ukrainian language spoken properly is very light and almost musical compared to Russian.
They suffer the same problem we now do, Rigged Elections" and they are not able to vote their way out of that mess and neither are we.
