This is a very scary thought. Throughout history WW’s have been started by madmen. If this is the case Putin will not stop until he either controls the world or dies.

It’s not as if Putin invaded Ukraine on an impulse. This has been in planning stage for years.
His mortality may affect his thinking, but it’s doubtful his health would.
He wants to get this done in his lifetime and he’ll be 70 this year. The Reaper is coming into view, and the opportunity Biden has given Putin is golden. Carpe diem.
Russia is diminished, economically and demographically, and Putin’s mission in life is to restore it. He will never have a better shot at it. He believes he has everything to lose and much to gain. And, he would not be the first dictator to suppose that success is a great deodorant.
In another 3 years Biden might even return Alaska.
Honestly sounds like what Trump went through the last 4-6 months of his presidency after he got covid etc

Hmmmmm. Almost appears that someone is putting out mis/dis/mal-information. They should be cancelled immediately.
My wife and I are in our 80’s and in the past 2-3 decades, we have known many people who have had or still have Parkinson’s disease.
Most maintained their mental abilities and were mentally sharp to their end.
4 however, lost their mental abilities quickly and surprised their close family members. Two were women and two were men.
3 lost it during social functions and never recovered.
I haven’t seen anyone else say it yet, but it looks to me like tertiary syphilis.
