Thanks for keeping us abreast of the news.
“...women are viewed as inherently sexual objects”
Works both ways, dearies. I HATED being viewed as an inherently sexual object by all the cute young girls. Absolutely hated it. Alas, that era passed long ago.
What if they gender identify as a man?
Let me know if you want on/off this list.....
Lesbian manboobs, or transgender topless.
My bet is that no one will want to look at strippees Pat, Sam , or Bob.
So....if a tranny who calls himself a woman wants to take off his shirt that’d be illegal?
Not complaining, but many women already wear next to nothing at the beach (string bikinis), with their t’s hanging out and their a’s fully exposed. Not much mystery or anything left to the imagination.
For me, it passed sometime the summer before I was in eighth grade and I was too aloof to do anything about it. I was more interested in baseball.
I’m confused, how can restrooms be gender fluid but women are prohibited from sunbathing topless? I guess if they say they are males then it would have to be allowed.
Taking all the fun out of a beach visit.
People are so stupid. Men do *not* have organs there. Women do. Do they honestly not know the difference? "gender-based prohibition" - ridiculous.
Now if they can just get the damn gypsy’s and BLM teen thugs off the boardwalk maybe it can be nice again.
It came up in 1787 - Gouverneunor Morris sez to Jefferson, “Yo, Tommy, by the 21st century nobody’s going to be quartering troops in anyone’s houses anyway. How about we put the right to walk around naked on the beach, huh?” and Tommy sez, “No way. Inks just dry on the Third and do you realize how long that took with a quill pen? Anyway there aren’t enough pervs in the whole country to want to do that.” Meanwhile, Franklin’s in France...
Dang it, that’s “Gouverneur”. Sorry, dude...
Well played sir!
Some women say that breasts should not be sexualized. And that men have breasts and nipples so what’s the big deal.
Some women apparently want to have a constitutional right to be topless?
