One of my neighbors who went to the IRS 2 years ago when he asked one irs agent about crypto and his wallet if he needed to divulge it: he knew the agent on the other end HAD NO CLUE how it works and what it is. The learning curve to study crypto takes many, many months, and judging by this idiot court, they have no clue on who this works.
It’s almost the same way govts around the world try to nab pirate bay or kick ass torrents the past 20 years. Their cases dont stick and VPN’s dont generally cooperate with govts because they have “no records” which s technically true. They couldn’t understand how torrent works, especially with downloading using magnets.
No wonder everyone wants to live in the USA. Can you blame them?

Nunchuk Bitcoin's posted this on their twitter page ( link ). The only two actions that can counter bitcoin at this point are turning of the internet and military grade code breaking. I doubt the Canadian Courts are capable of dealing with either of those options.

Think of their software wallet as a traditional leather wallet.
They sell those.
The government asks them to freeze the funds in the leather wallets they sold.
The leather wallet company scratches their heads and then tells the government that’s not possible.
