Ford Motor Company said in a statement Friday that it’s working with around 400 salaried U.S. employees from Ford and Ford Credit who remain unvaccinated against COVID-19 without accommodations before taking action on a plan to place them on unpaid leave.

Ford said, “The ultimate goal is to have all employees working, focused on Ford’s business goals and be compliant with the vaccine policy. “

Ford added, “Unpaid leave is limited to those that choose not to be vaccinated and have not sought and received an accommodation. We will not be implementing this action until each employee impacted has been personally contacted, listened to and given an opportunity to make an informed choice. “

If they haven’t taken it already then they never will. Ford is pissing in the wind and deserves to lose a lot of business over this.

Just give everyone the same informed choice as Congress, the CDC, the FDA, and the USPS

The choice to go on with their jobs and not be “vaccinated”

My father worked for GM for many years. That said, because of the relationship of US automakers to the Democrats and government handouts, I will never buy from them again.

It’s an “informed” choice. You’ll be informed you have to take it or your livelihood is taken from you.

It’s evil it’s wrong, and companies doing this need to be sued until they cry uncle for compelling people to take medical experiments against their will.

Let’s discuss natural immunity can we? Let’s just clarify are you going to use pseudoscience or real science in your mandate decision?

Companies such as Ford Motor Corporation that attempt to force experimental treatments on employees need to be exposed, charged, and dissolved if necessary. Their behavior is no different than korporations who committed atrocities in Nazi Germany.

Forcing experimental treatment on individuals was specifically addressed in the permissible experiments section of the Nuremberg Code in 1947. (http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/).

"The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:"

"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision."

"The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity."

"The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury."

"Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death."

"The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment."

"During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible."

Reigning in tyrannical government is only part of the effort. Reigning in the korporations supporting such a tyrannical government is another.

Ford should not lose a dime.

They have a gun to their head.

We all do.

“Ford says it’s working with unvaccinated salaried employees before rolling out unpaid leave plan”

So when the pandemic dies off I guess companies like this will tell employees: You must quit driving cars to work unless they are electric. If you can’t afford one of our electric cars, there is always bikes, roller skates or skate boards. Live 10 miles from work? No problem as long as you put in your 8 to 12 hour shift here.

"Just following orders" didn't work at Nuremberg and won't work here.

If Ford wants to claim they have a gun to their head, let them show it and then join the suits against government extortion.

GM has been off of my list for years. They make shitty products and their politics suck. GM and others should not be getting into politics whatsoever. Just sell your product and STFU…. Unless there’s an agenda the bigwigs are trying to push… Nah Couldn’t be that, could it? Wink wink
