We’ve been bringing you a lot of the crazy that various authorities have directed at the Freedom Convoy. Justin Trudeau has been right up there at the top with demonizing the Convoy. But, perhaps no one has been worse than Ottawa city councilor Diane Deans, who’s the chair of the police services board.
Deans claimed the protest was an insurrection — that the protesters are terrorists and it’s not mostly rural Canadians behind it, but Americans seeking to overthrow Canada’s democracy. That’s how unhinged it has been in the Zoom meetings on the subject.
While she’s not the only unhinged one, she’s the worst. To give a descriptor that everyone will understand, she’s like Canada’s version of Maxine Waters; she’s that level of wacky. Deans even plans to run for mayor.
Have a listen, if you haven’t already watched her videos.
Drama queen Ottawa City Councilor @dianedeans characterizes Freedom Convoy as a “nationwide insurrection”, claims “this group is a threat to our democracy” and editorializes participants “threatening (residents) and preventing them from living their lives.”

“This group is a threat to our democracy… This is a nationwide insurrection. This is madness. We need to put an end to this now,” Deans ranted. That wasn’t even the worst one, though.
Then it was “sedition” and “treason,” “right out of the Trump playbook.”

Cannot post them, but situation is actually quite telling. Council infighting, turning on and biting each other as snakes and serpents in a frenzy.
Wow. What a nightmare she is. She’s quite a tool. I’m sure they are quite happy she’s gone. I can only hope the new chief is fair.
She is a bitter leftist, she hired a new police chief against the usual rules and she was voted out because if doing that.
Ottawa city councillor Diane Deans :
“You are unseating a progressive board that was bringing about important and progressive change in policing in the city of Ottawa, and you’re going back to the 1950s.”
criminal Nazis stick together their only flaw is they cant begin to understand THE PEOPLE have the last say. social media has some redeeming qualities allowing these Cretans a stage informing us all how they feel
how much coverage did the Mayor of Coutts get for the following marked ***
17 Feb: Daily Mail: PICTURED: One of the 11 men arrested carrying HUGE cache of semi-automatic weapons at Canadian border crossing hours before Trudeau’s draconian declaration of emergency: Mounties admit they are NOT part of Freedom Convoy
Single dad Johnson Chichow Law, 39, was among 11 people charged Monday in the Village of Coutts, near the Montana border, where police seized multiple long guns, hundreds of bullets, and body armor
Law, who was charged with mischief and possession of a weapon, was described by a friend as an ‘incredibly good human being’
***The mayor of the village where the arrests were made said the men were not connected with the Freedom Convoy
‘The people who were actually involved in the arrests were not part of the blockade group,’ the mayor said. ‘They were outsiders’
There’s no indication the guns were connected to the theft early Sunday of a parked tractor trailer carrying some 2,000 small-caliber guns
The ongoing protests prompted the resignation of Ottawa’s police chief on Tuesday

An Alberta man arrested during a weapons-cache bust near the Canadian border is an ‘incredibly good human being’ and a single father of two, a friend says.

The mayor of Coutts told DailyMail.com that those arrests were not members of the Freedom Convoy, despite them being initially tied to the ongoing anti-vaccine protests.

The mayor described the individuals as outside agitators who came to town after the protest began.
‘As time went on, the protest began to attract people from the outside,’ he said. ‘They were starting to attract the undesirable element. The people who were actually involved in the arrests were not part of the blockade group. They were outsiders.’

When did Nancy Pelosi “go blonde?” It’s a good look for the old bat! Oh, wait? Not Nancy?
This is proof of why democracy is a failed system for picking leaders. There are simply to many useful idiots in society.
Heh, heh. Lol.
Chick's definitely wound too tight.
We didn’t elect BiteMe.
I’m wondering how many of these tools Canadians actually voted for.
I can’t believe the American Founding Fathers didn’t put term limits on all elected offices from the get go. They gave the electorate more credit than it deserved. Term limits would also put a check on those who stay in office year after year with the help of voting fraud.
Convoy Karen.
If only.
Please God, let it be so and remove others as well.
In many ways, the 1950's were a golden age in the US and Canada. You could leave the doors unlocked; mothers could park their kids in strollers outside the market while they shopped for groceries; the economy was booming. As for policing, there was still the image of the neighborhood cop who knew and looked after the neighborhood. And, criminals and the insane (at least in the US) were taken off the streets.
——“this group is a threat to our democracy” ——
Actually, “this group is a threat to our imposed tyranny”
“I can’t believe the American Founding Fathers didn’t put term limits on all elected offices from the get go. They gave the electorate more credit than it deserved.”
For starters, they NEVER imagined women would be voting.
She’s still pumping air......
And they are stuck with the new chief.
Is that similar to getting one’s “just desserts”?…
