Democrats who investigated the alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election are silent following the latest Durham filings, which indicate that operatives mined internet traffic pertaining to Trump Tower and the White House as part of efforts to link Trump to Russia.
Fox News Digital reached out to the offices of the 14 Democrats who sat on the House and Senate intelligence committees during their respective Russia probes seeking comment on the latest developments.
On the House side, these politicians include Reps. Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Joaquin Castro, Mike Quigley, Jackie Speier, André Carson and Jim Himes. On the Senate side, they include Sens. Mark Warner, Dianne Feinstein, Ron Wyden, Martin Heinrich, Joe Manchin, Angus King and now-Vice President Kamala Harris.
None of the offices responded. Likewise, none appear to have addressed the issue publicly.
Durham's most recent filing alleged that a "Tech Executive-1" and his associates, including a lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, "exploited" internet traffic pertaining to a "particular healthcare provider," Trump Tower, Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and the executive office of the president of the United States in order to "establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’" to then bring to federal government agencies tying Trump to Russia.

GCHQ nor Obama did nor required any paperwork to monitor and spy on candidate Trump.
All Obama had to do was have his AG Lynch make a phone call to Robert Hannigan @DCHQ and tell him to monitor candidate Trump and his people. No FISA stuff or judges nor paper trails.

If any of these politicians/members of congress, have some sort of immunity because of their positions in government, then, it should be a crime unto itself that such immunity exists. Most of these people, if not all of them, knew from the start that the Trump/Russia collusion case was a crime and an outright criminal offense. Attempting to oust a sitting president, who was duly elected, is a crime, and not just against Trump, but against the American people.
These people need to be brought up on charges, and should lose their positions and/or serve jail time.
The reason they won’t comment is simple, They were ALL Co-Conspirators in this Seditious Conspiracy to Overthrow the United States President.

Exactly. This was hardly a secret. Schiff and Jake Sullivan were all over media bragging about hacking President Trump. Five minutes of investigation by the GOP controlled senate intel committee would have blown it all up. Unraveling the Russia hoax in 2016 means likely means the GOP would have kept the House and Trump never would have been impeached.
Instead, the GOP Congress spent 1,000’s of man hours harassing and abusing President Trump, his family and supporters.
