Brian Panish, the attorney representing the family of Halyna Hutchins, announced during a press conference in downtown L.A. on Tuesday that a wrongful death suit has been filed in New Mexico against Alec Baldwin and “others responsible for the safety on set and whose reckless behavior” led to the “senseless and tragic death” of the cinematographer on the Rust film set.
Lawyers for the family of Halyna Hutchins announced the lawsuit filed in New Mexico in the name of Hutchins’ husband, Matthew Hutchins, and their son, Andros, at a Los Angeles news conference.
At least three other lawsuits have been filed over the shooting, but this is the first directly tied to one of the two people shot.
The “reckless conduct and cost-cutting measures” of Baldwin and the film’s producers “led to the death of Halyna Hutchins,” attorney Brian Panish said.

Definitely a Hollywood dramatic quality to the cinematography.
He still hasn’t been prosecuted. He isn’t going to be. This is wrong. The one who holds and fires the gun is responsible for the effect of what comes out of the gun. Accidents included.
The rule remains in effect. If you take hold of a gun, YOU have the duty to check to see if it’s safe, even if an 50-year experienced gun-safety trainer from the fbi just checked it and told you it’s OK.
baldwin got away with this because he’s a bastard and hates Republicans. He is guilty of negligence.
Meanwhile, plenty of cases of improper prosecution of the innocent, every day. It has everything to do with political orientation.
You’re in an airport. You genuinely forget that there was a gun in your bag. You are prosecuted. No excuse is accepted. Fairness?
No word yet from the Soros funded prosecutor. She is still “investigating”.
Should sue Alec Baldwin for all he’s worth. Until he becomes bankrupt. Then he can find a new job as a greeter at Wal-Mart.

Baldwin may escape than prosecution and imprisonment, but he will be miserable for the rest of his life, stripped by lawyers of most of his assets and unemployable, in public disgrace, and consumed by bitterness.

Has Alec Baldwin been arrested yet? Normal the Civic suit comes after the Criminal trial for greater impact at the a Civil. Why no arrest yet????
