Sussmann’s lawyers decry Durham’s “conspiracy” theory but also state that Sussmann had no reason to believe that the data he provided to the FBI to substantiate claims of Russian collusion had been manipulated or were “untrue or misleading.”
The lawyers claim that Durham’s filing will taint the jury pool and asked the court to strike, or delete, the “factual background” portion.
Sussmann is charged with lying to the FBI when he allegedly concealed that he was representing the Clinton campaign. He has pleaded not guilty.

(Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.) Has Crabby Old Cabbage Smelling Presidential Candidate-1 had anything to say about this?

The actions of the Clintons and Sussmann IMO reach the level of treason and a punishment of execution. Right now all of these criminals are just free and expect a slap on the hand because of the corruption that is so prevalent with the DOJ and FBI. We will never see a just punishment for the crime unless the right rises up and goes French revolution on them.

People are lining up to talk to Special Counsel John Durham. Early birds get breaks. Late birds sing in jail. Watergate sent people to prison. This will too...

Sussmann’s lawyer’s reactions to Durham filing just proves Sussmann’s and Hillary’s guilt!

This wasn't a hack! The company hired to provide supposedly secure internet service to POTUS was feeding information to Hillary's campaign! That company should pay BILLIONS in fines and its management should spend years in prison for espionage.

I noticed that Breitbert screwed up the 4th paragraph. It says that Durham responded but it is actually Sussman that responded.
