Two days after Emma Roark went missing from her Rancho Cordova home on Jan. 27, her father got a call from a man who was using her cellphone. Gabriel Roark then called sheriff’s deputies and told them he was going to meet him. He found a man named Cedric Sandiford, who handed over the phone. Sandiford told Roark he had purchased it from Mikilo Morgan Rawls, the man now accused of killing Emma Roark, newly filed court documents say.

“Inside the tent/hanging tarp, deputies found a deceased female adult,” according to a 13-page arrest warrant for Rawls. “The female was naked from the waist down. “Her legs and arms were tied up with the rope and pulled upward to the tree branches above her. The rope was tied to the tree branches.” The woman was Roark, the arrest warrant says, and she had been dragged, repeatedly sexually assaulted and strangled with a foot-long leash around her neck.
There were probably so many good excuses for local LE to arrest this fetid tvrd. They probably knew all kinds of things about him. Sorry, but you know it’s probably true. Just like that weirdo that pushed that poor gal in front of a subway train: He had to have been lurking in the area and causing problems for how long....?
This is something that bugs me. I’ve worked for police depts in the past - it hasn’t been all doctors. They will give all kinds of excuses for letting the homeless drug addict who’s been causing problems in a particular area go on with his business - but if your car is out of gas and you’re waiting for someone to come rescue you, they’ll still take the opportunity to write you a ticket, anyway.
Remember the videos of aunty-f@gs in Minneapolis rioting and vandalizing through business and residential neighborhoods the other night? They vandalized the local cop station without any interference. Welcome to the future.

I think the oh so sensitive Dems should read this.
Horrifying.
They strongly honor "we can't arrest him if he hasn't committed the crime yet" and then complain about all the lines of details to complete in the post mortem report after the victim is killed.
They will probably remark that it was a “mostly peaceful” violent death.
My grandfather once said that if a state isn’t executing one person a day for murder, that state isn’t doing its job.

The whole nation has abrogated the death penalty for most of my life. This animal should be treated as such.

Why? Democrats don’t give a damn. Now if it was a snail darter, or a whale......... a good chance they would be concerned. But a human being? No chance.
Perfect and cheap execution would be dose with gas toss in road flare.
This is something well-known to me. I don’t think all cops are like this, but more and more of them are.
