There were probably so many good excuses for local LE to arrest this fetid tvrd. They probably knew all kinds of things about him. Sorry, but you know it’s probably true. Just like that weirdo that pushed that poor gal in front of a subway train: He had to have been lurking in the area and causing problems for how long....?
This is something that bugs me. I’ve worked for police depts in the past - it hasn’t been all doctors. They will give all kinds of excuses for letting the homeless drug addict who’s been causing problems in a particular area go on with his business - but if your car is out of gas and you’re waiting for someone to come rescue you, they’ll still take the opportunity to write you a ticket, anyway.
