Between Larry Hogan, John Kasich, Liz Cheney, and Chris Christi, how will the 3% of the Republican voters who won't vote for President Trump ever be able to decide who to vote for? So many outstanding alternatives for "mature" conservatives!

Seriously though, their only method of having an impact is to run as independents in order to split the Republican vote in the general election so that President Trump loses. This plan would likely backfire, however, since anyone pathetic enough to vote for any of these rejects was more likely to vote for a Democrat over President Trump anyway. They would be spoilers against their own favored candidate!
