RLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A medical examiner in Florida said Thursday that comedian Bob Saget died from an accidental blow to the head, likely from a backwards fall. Saget was found dead Jan. 9 in a Florida hotel room. He’d performed in the area the night before as part of a stand-up tour. A toxicology analysis didn't show any illicit drugs or toxins in Saget's body, according to a statement from Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany in Orlando. An autopsy report released later Thursday showed that Saget had an abrasion on his scalp, a fracture at the base of his skull, fractures around his eye sockets, bleeding between the brain and tissue covering the brain as well as bruises to the brain. Saget was positive for COVID-19 but had no inflammation in his respiratory system, according to the report. “His injuries were most likely incurred from an unwitnessed fall," the statement said. “The manner of death is accident."

Because there are apparently some FReepers that want or need there to be a conspiracy about this and so many other things. It’s almost a fantasy I guess. There’s a conspiracy to most everything with some.
What may appear to be a minor head bump can be very deceptive. Most people aren’t going to the ER if they don’t think it is very serious.
Many years ago I read where a man banged his head on the pipe under his kitchen sink. Thought nothing of it. He died a couple of days later of a blood clot that formed and went the wrong way.
It is the nature of the universe to be sneaky and cruel.

yes, it was probably just a fall but the circumstances here are weird.
maybe there is something that is just not being revealed that explains it all but the family doesnt want it revealed. Like he had a condition that causes him to faint like vasodepressor syncope or something.

But in Bob’s case it is more than just one spot that was hit.
Bob has injuries you might see after getting a beat down. Look at Harry Reid. Even he didn’t have as much as Bob did..or at least that we know of.
Bob could have had a blacked out like that comedian on stage.
Clearly, murder. No way he has multiple fractures on face and back of his head from fall. The conjecture of how he could have done that accidentally and not realized how serious those injuries were is ridiculous. Unseen murder.

Happened to a coworker. It took about 4 days for things to get bad and decided to go to the emergency room. When the neurosurgeon came in he said, “what did you do?” She thought she’d developed a bad sinus infection. She never dreamed that when she bumped her head in the basement she nearly killed herself.
My guess is he slipped in the shower and hit the back of his head.

Just muddying the waters with my thoughts.
I haven’t followed this past the autopsy report because I truly don’t care that he died or how he died.
Nothing that comes out of the entertainment industry like this has any serious relationship to the “truth”.
Well if that hotel room wasn’t haunted before, it’s going to be now.
