Video captured the moment Canadian police handcuffed a 4'10" 78-year-old great-grandfather during the Freedom Convoy for reportedly daring to honk his horn.
What are the details? Video captured the moment an unnamed officer approached the man, who was sitting inside his vehicle on the side of the road.
According to a report from the Toronto Sun, 78-year-old Gerry Charlebois was driving near the main Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa when he saw a trucker.
Charlebois said he honked his horn and showed the trucker the thumbs-up hand gesture out of respect for the ongoing protests.

This cop needs to be hunted down and given some of his own “medicine”
fortunately in this instance since he was ticketed an officers name should be on the ticket.
Hopefully, the ticket will be posted, but that posting will probably considered an act of extremism by the Canadian thugs.
The cop literally towered over the old man. The cop is forever disgraced for being a leftwing zealot.
Ottawa Tourist Bureau will have to spend a lot of advertising dollars to overcome this video.

What the cops did to this 78 year old man has influenced people around the world to support the truckers and get mad at the government thugs in Canada.
“I was in shock,” Charlebois recalled of the moment he realized he was being pulled over. “When (the police) pulled me over, he told me I was in trouble for honking the horn. ... He just p***ed me off when he said that about the honking. It upset me.”
Failure to ID...for honking. They don’t seem to realize this stuff just makes them look worse and worse. This extreme “punishing those that won’t just do as they’re told” has become unacceptable for the larger population as their fear of COVID diminishes - it’s clear this is only about power now, not science, not “your health”.
And I read how people are saying he should have obeyed the cop so it’s the little old man’s fault that that brave brave cop took him down; I guess that cop was watching what some of ours do.
Those who are too stupid to grasp what's going on will bring unimaginable terror and horror down upon themselves--and the rest of us!

The Ottawa Cop could have made this a non-event.
When the cop stopped the old man he could have said to the old man:
“Sir, I stopped you for honking. A judge has ordered no honking in Ottawa for 10 days. If I see you honking again I will arrest you. Now, you can go. Have a good day”
But instead the cop turned into a thug.
There were two cops involved...one seemed to enjoy his authority - his importance!
