I think you are absolutely right on the money. Could go either way positive or negative, but they are going to do some damage control ahead of what they know is now coming. I fear with their blatant irrational arrogance it will be negative. They have gone all in so far.
I think the situation at the Ambassador Bridge got their attention.
Oh, I still wouldn’t put it past them to discover a dangerous new variant about a month before the election.
I think it’s going to be a slow gradual fold.

The polling must really be bad. Nobody was buying the hype on the Russian invasion of Ukraine thing. that distraction didn’t work.
So, they have to call it a win on Covid and move on.
They will offer a concession as a wrapper for the “we reserve the right to..” part.

We have to keep in mind that big business has been in league with Biden to force mandates. Anything Biden says will not help unless businesses drop mandates and force also. This has always been Biden’s path around the Constitution.
It’s too early to release the superbug if they want to force mail in ballots, though I suppose there is time to release an intermediate virus to perpetuate the fear, though this one must be very scary indeed because they are in danger of losing even the demonrats

I think you have to think about truckers as a whole. First....99% of them are alone in a truck...exposed to no one...and exposing no one. They are indeed isolated. That’s even better than running all over the place working and doing chores AND vaccinated..The breakthroughs prove that. In otherwords, they are in a group least likely to advance Covid. The whole mandate thing is absolutely, just plain stupid.
They want to control our ability to travel; to limit the enemies’ movements.
