There’s no way that 77% of high schoolers in Baltimore City can read at such a high level... I’d guess that, maybe, only 30% could reach the kindergarten reading level by graduation...
Probably, there’s no way, in the MD counties of Prince Georges, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Baltimore, that such a high level could be attained by graduation...

What does it mean to read at the kindergarten level? When I was a kid, first grade was when kids began to be taught how to read.
Yeah... sure... yours is "different".

And kids killing themselves because the school convinced them that they are some sort of pervert means that you will no longer even have kids.
