The "donor feedback" they received has been dubbed "operation chargeback" wherein all the donors contact their credit card company and dispute the charge, causing a refund and chargeback fee to GoFundMe. Don't wait. Dispute the charge on your card now while you still can. Let them feel the pain for being thieving bastards and then provide the Truckers a donation over at their GiveSendGo campaign.

Excellent point. By challenging the credit card charge for GFM sending your money to someone you did not authorize, the chargeback fee is $20-$100. A chargeback fee is assessed by the credit card company to the merchant when a challenge is made and is successful.

I say, challenge the credit card transaction. Cost GFM money.
