VP Kamala Harris said Wednesday that it was Congress's fault President Biden could not fulfill his promise on immigration reform. In an interview with Noticias Telemundo, Biden's 'root causes' immigration czar was asked: "Elections are in a couple months' time. I'm sure you are aware the border is going to be an issue, also President Biden promised immigration reform he hasn't been able to deliver. Why would you say Latinos should vote for the Democrats this November?" Harris sidestepped the question, instead saying, "Congress is not acting on immigration. The first piece of legislation that was sent to congress was immigration reform. It was our first initiative to say we must have a pathway to citizenship. The problem is that Congress is not acting." She continued, "The way our democracy works is you need a majority and sometimes in the Senate you need 60 of the 100 to actually act on certain kinds of initiatives. We have to agree first of all this is an essential issue about what is right, what is fair, what is good for the economy in the U.S. We must pass a pathway to citizenship. This should not be partisan. We should not allow Republicans or Democrats if they do stand in the way of it to get away with this as a partisan issue."

Since being named as the point person on the migrant crisis in March, Harris has visited the southern border just once, last June, when she spent a few hours in El Paso, Texas, before jetting off to her $5million Los Angeles mansion.
Last week she went to Honduras for the inauguration of new socialist Honduran President Xiomara Castro.
They are not migrants. Animals migrate. Freeloading humans are invaders.
BTW Kamala, they are illegals, not migrants.
My hope is this next election will render the liberal Democrat party totally irrelevant. But my hope was Trump would win re-election and we all saw how that worked out.

I guess they figured out that people simply leave shithole countries for successful and vibrant America since we are giving away free money and opening up our borders to any criminal who seeks refuge.

During my life, I have always tried to go easier on gullible people whose actions have enabled evil than on people who act with evil intent.
This is an exception. I expect a scorpion to act out it’s evil nature and kill me if I try to help it by ferrying it across a stream on my unprotected back.

Gee Cowmela I seem to remember that during the campaign Biden said he would give 11 million illegals a path to citizenship and then let 2 million+ illegals waltz across the border and turn them loose in the US.
