While Ukraine hoaxer Alex Vindman may achieve an early victory in this case, he may soon deeply regret his decision to sue.
On Feb. 2, Alex Vindman, the driving force of the first impeachment of President Donald Trump, filed suit in a federal court in D.C. against Donald Trump Jr, the former president’s son; Rudy Giuliani, the president’s former personal attorney; Julia Hahn, the former special assistant to the president; and Daniel Scavino Jr, a Trump communications official.
Vindman’s lawsuit alleges the four defendants conspired to intimidate and retaliate against him, in violation of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. Here’s what you need to know about Wednesday’s lawsuit...

Why hasn’t he been court martialed?

Why isn’t Vindman setting up a defense of Ukraine from the “evil doer” Russians?
He’s a Ukrainian National and no longer in US military.
Why isn’t this guy flying into Kiev?
Answer: Because he is a coward, his only job was trying to take down President Trump in the 1st impeachment farce.

My guess is Vindman’s handlers are more interested in the court case justifying endless news reports, each serving to associate Trump with the “Klu Klux Klan!” act.

He is retired, but until he reaches 30 years from the date of his commission, he is subject to recall. If it turns out he violated any security protocols by disclosing the contents of the phone to individuals who were not cleared for that information he could have a problem. It is more likely he will fade away, but if Trump is elected in 2024, he may want to return to the Ukraine. Furthermore, if it is determined he lied to Congress and plotted with others to undermine the President, he could face charges under the UCMJ. If convicted in a Court Martial he could simply be retired at the last rank he served honorably which in his case was as a Major. That is a huge financial loss and without his clearance, he would be a liability to defense contractors not an asset.
I suspect he will just fade away. The attorneys for the defendants will not be easy on him because he served. Discovery is not in his best interest. His position at the NSC was at the Presidents discretion as the CINC. All Trump has to say is he no longer trusted him in that job after he admitted to discussing the phone calls outside the White House. Furthermore, he had no future in the Army because the Senate would have to approve his promotion. He gambled Trump would be impeached and he lost.

You can read this suit and see they won’t get a penny - rather the legal actions are going to come with a cost.
He is being used by a group of Pedos and others that have no use for America, or wish to rewrite it.
He’s compromised and they’ll keep telling him what to do, even when it’s not good for him personally.
No one on the (elected) right really took him on, so they think that will continue.
Because he's a Russian who just happens to be born in Ukraine.
