Exactly...any limit is based on behavior....And if you go back and look at each amendment...you can see the application.

Yes, but only with solid shot or grapeshot. Explosive shells would require an NFA process for each round. But regular old cannon balls are legal.

Correct, and technically that even includes nukes. Now if nukes or any other weapons are a problem for citizens to keep because of their uncontrollable and indiscriminate nature, there’s a Constitutional Amendment process to deal with them. Otherwise, the 2nd amendment forbids the government from denying citizens the right to any weapon.
