I heard about that. It seems that they’re cutting off the truckers. I think the truckers are looking for other options/sources.
There are a lot of things not in the cards “Right now”. Armed Rebellion against the British after the Boston Massacre was not in the cards, right then. Let us see how events unfold. An obscure fruit seller in Tunis burned himself alive a few years ago, and suddenly dictators all over the Arab world suffered a dramatic increase in mortality rates. One never knows what the next hour holds. The Canadian truckers are winning peacefully. So can we.
Left-wing politicians have a long track record of preferring to be stood up against a wall than admit they made a mistake.
They know their "friends" in the media and elsewhere will turn on them in a heartbeat if they do.
Thanks for the good post. All things considered, the truckers are in a good position and they seem to be handling everything very well. They’ve got good, level-headed leadership.
Yesterday there was news that some police were bringing food to some truckers.
Waiting seems to be the only reasonable recourse for the Canadian Fuher. He can’t afford to lose face by actually listening to the truckers demands and he damn sure can’t acquiesce to them. If he tries the military option his days in office and in Canada are numbered.
Trudeau is in a lose-lose position.
Yes. I have it from good first hand authority with law enforcement in Ottawa that police are bringing food to the truckers. Which pisses off the City Council.

In the conference call yesterday, police leadership denied that police are bringing food to the protesters. But what the cops do when they’re not in uniform is nobody’s business, eh?
Posted earlier but here it is. I work from home, kept this on for the entire length of it. I actually like the Chief. He seems a real professional, who is serious about enforcing the law impartially and within the Charter of Rights.

Wouldn't surprise me to hear that half (or more) of the cops in Canada have family driving truck somewhere.
Parenthetically, it was GREAT to see all the heavy farm equipment just blowing around one of the Coutts roadblocks yesterday or the day before.
Whatever flavor of cops that were there standing around just watched 'em go by with no apparent intention of any pursuit at all.

After all, if Canada folds and slips back to a more-free status, it will spill across the southern border into the US. The various petty tyrants in power here like their un-Constitutional powers. They want more, not less. So no-way can they let the Canadian truckers succeed. I'm sure the elitists are perfectly willing to shed Canadian blood or cause as much strife as possible. The message they're no-doubt sending north is "do not cave under any circumstances."

The very best thing they should do is call off sick.
Tell them they got the clot shot and are sick from it.
I would give it one week. The cities will feel the crunch.
Any sensible person would understand that once they announce, the panic will set in.
