In the San Francisco Bay Area, we're at the breaking point: It's not just the COVID restrictions, It's also the complete breakdown of civil society.

After two solid years of COVID restrictions, many of us have reached a breaking point. Witness the mass exodus to other states from sunny California. Who wouldn't want to get out of here, away from this strangling, prison-like "reality"?

Malaise is now spreading throughout the country, as a direct result of Biden's mass migration. How do you know that your chosen destination hasn't been set upon by a horde of unknown, unemployed migrants? This makes moving elsewhere less attractive. You can't know what you'll find when you get there, but it might be just as bad — or if clandestine flights continue, will be soon. Moving to the south of Texas or Arizona is certainly no longer attractive. You must pity the people stuck dealing with the relentless and dangerous influx.

Locally, as of yesterday, I've become an Untouchable. I can no longer eat in a restaurant in any of the communities surrounding my home, or legally enter my gym, attend a concert, go to a museum, or do anything that enriches life beyond the bare bones of going shopping for food or goods or taking a walk outdoors. Why? Because I refuse to carry or show a "vaccine passport" or share my "status."

Locally, life's miseries keep piling up, beyond the COVID BS. I'm angry, worn down by living in such disharmony. Around here, despite 10% sales tax, sky-high income tax and property taxes, we have terrible schools with an openly CRT curriculum, children masked for no reason, and, if a suit hadn't just been won against it, they'd be forced to take the jab. In my town, 97% of them already have, with parents oblivious to the potential harm. What's going to be the long-term result? How much chronic illness and death will it cause?

SF has been ruled by one party since the 60’s.

Yup, and the consequences of a one-party state are obvious: (1) elections no longer matter because only one party wins; (2) politicians are subject not to the approval of the voters, but the approval of the party; and (3) advancement within the party becomes the coin of the realm. They don't have to perform in office, they just have to accrue money and power for the party.

That party can, in fact, manage a society in which it does not take part. What has the state reeling at the moment is that the party elite are no longer entirely separated from those consequences - a Louis Vuitton store being looted is far more newsworthy than the Targets that have been for quite some time.

Still, it becomes extremely difficult to vote one's way out of this since the voting mechanisms have been so thoroughly corrupted. Precisely none of my California friends believes that Newsom actually won the recall election. He didn't have to.

I'm shocked, SHOCKED! to hear Progressivism is destroying all things everywhere it is imposed.

I learned that lesson as a teenager around 60 years ago. Then it was called "Communism" and I observed it up close with my own eyes and not through the lens of some academic clown or social media propaganda organ. The frauds imposing it elsewhere simply changed the name and continued destroying humanity with their lies and avarice.

It’s all going according to plan.

This is not incompetence.

This is malfeasance.

We are occupied by a hostile government.

You can’t always get what you want.
But if you try sometimes, you just might find
That what you want is horrible.
But then you’re stuck with it.

Of course not all believers are in jail. And yes you can worship there as a foreigner, especially if you attend a state approved three self patriotic movement church.

But they tyrannize the churches and the believers. Imprison one and you intimidate a thousand. It’s no secret. Visit voice of the martyrs or something. There is not religious freedom in China.

The problem is, these people are parasites. Once they destroy one nice place, pretty soon they’re descending into our neighborhoods.

I believe you. I also know that the communist Chinese persecute the church and Christians. I know Christian’s from China. I read the news. I get information from
ministries to the persecuted church. It’s not very debatable. It’s the official Chinese position.

You’d have to hose down the streets, with or without the bums occupying them. And then the media would take a gander at it and it’d be all over the world how mean-spirited you are, hosing down the homeless. And they’d move somewhere.

Fight to stop it or live with it. Frankly the whining and waiting around for fraudulent elections to save our bacon is boring.

That is the real crux of the matter. The sad truth is Republicans need not need to lift a finger against democrats they are building their own prisons in their own homes.

We need merely keep them away from ours, and remind them where there problems really come from. Poorly thought out leftists lies if we wish to help them.

The majority voting and bankrolling elections are largely insolated from said consequences.

“How is this being enforced?”

It varies wildly—literally neighborhood to neighborhood, block by block, in CA cities.

Insane laws can destroy civilization in a hurry.
