A Black Female SCOTUS Judge Won’t Do a Darn Thing to Help Blacks
American Thinker.com ^ | January 31, 2022 | Selwyn Duke

When Joe Biden’s earpiece expresses, through his mouth, its firm intention to nominate a black female Supreme Court candidate, critics will say that race and sex shouldn’t matter in such things. Well, don’t worry — they won’t.

Whoever Justice X ends up being, she’ll almost assuredly vote in lockstep with white Elena Kagan and Hispanic Sonya Sotomayor. She’ll almost definitely vote just the way white ACLU baby Ruth Bader Ginsburg did. This just underlines, too, how superficially made any “diversity” choice would be.

Biden’s earpiece’s SCOTUS pick could be a white man. He could be Asian-descent. The nominee could be purple with pink polka dots, a “transgender” primordial dwarf, an acromegaly sufferer with a watermelon-size head or an extraterrestrial who looks like Alf. It wouldn’t matter. He, she, ze ,or 'it' would vote as today’s Democrat picks generally do: as a rubber stamp for the leftist agenda.

It’s much as with Invasion of the Body Snatchers: Leftist judges look different — they reflect the “Rainbow Coalition” as Jesse Jackson might say. But they all act as members of a hive mind, and their “opinions” are mere rationalizations designed to justify the collective’s will.

This is why it’s so funny when commentators, black female ones included, of course, proclaim that with a black female SCOTUS justice black women’s interests “will finally be represented.” Funnier still is that some thus opining actually believe it.

The issue is never the issue.
The issue is always the revolution.

It’d be like putting Maxine Waters in the congress. It’d do massive harm to blacks.

Would being qualified have any meaning for a seat on the S.C. or is that too old fashioned?

I’m glad sex and race isn’t criteria for Supreme Court picks.

Well...it might affect blacks. Some of them will see this as ‘the path to be promoted.. Affirmative Action’, and they will then be filled with envy, and demand the same card be used in their case.

The issue is maintaining the fictitious Black political concept.

The entire progressive effort and thus the whole Democrat Party rests on the fiction of Black unity, Black homogeneity. A homogenized Afro Heritage community is projected to create the facade of unity where none actually exists.

The term Black has been inserted and accepted in general usage to hide the actuality of Afro Heritage citizen diversity. A fictitious group has been created by the usage of the term Black.

The whole progressive existence rests on this fiction. If the reality of Afro Heritage diversity ever comes to light, the whole progressive movement falls apart. Black is the keystone. If it fails, the whole structural progressive arch falls apart.

Absent even a very very small portion of Afro Heritage citizenry votes, there is no Democrat Party.

There has to be Black

Biden had a chance to help put a black woman on SCOTUS. Instead he filibustered her first nearly 2 years.

Can you imagine how galling it would be?

You’re selected to be the next justice of the supreme court, but only because you are black and only because you are a woman. Not because you have a history of excellent jurisprudence over the course of decades of service, sacrifice, learning, and committment. We only care that you are a black woman.

Liberals feel no gall. Their bile is spent entirely on maligning conservatives with haphazardly invented stories of non-existent pasts. At this point, by publicly admitting they are selecting only on the basis of race and gender, is it possible to file an original jurisdiction case with the 9 ostensibly wise seeking an impeachment en masse of everyone in the process who votes for her because by doing so they violated the oath they took to uphold and defend the Constitution and laws of the US...which forbid racism?

If Biden wants a Supreme Court nominee that looks like America, he could probably find a washed up Lawyer or two among the homeless bums in LA and San Francisco.
They would swing whichever way when the wine bottle was offered them.

Why not an Asian woman? Another black would give blacks overrepresentation in the court 2 of 9 is 10% higher than the blacks in the US.

Politics should be a non-issue for USSC justices. They should rule based on the facts and the law (the Constitution), period.

Never gonna happen.
