I was wondering why the press wasn’t doing much with this story.

Elections have consequences as resources are not infinite. Do we prioritize, metaphorically, buying food for horses or buying food for unicorns and flying reindeer? Horses can only be neglected for so long.

once ahgain, democrats cannot manage public funfs, without stealing.

The bridge that just collapsed in the city of Pittsburgh was set to be restored in 2016. Instead of replacing the completely rusted out supports, they diverted the money to bike lanes, green energy programs and lanes for self driving cars. — 🅱️LACK (@libertyismetal) January 29, 2022
Of course “they” did.

article:
"Pete Buttigieg loves those bike lanes." True. But he prefers the "Hershey Highway" best.

The bleeding hearts of various stripes on the Left are responsible for more deaths than any other political group in history. They range from the pacifists who enabled Hitler’s rise, to the environmentalists who killed millions by outlawing DDT and even destroyed a space shuttle and its crew by pushing for “environmentally friendly foam” on the external fuel tank. In fact, the environmentalists have probably caused more deaths and destruction than any other group, via their “green” initiatives.

Both bicyclists on Forbes Avenue in January enjoy the new bike lanes a lot.

No sympathy for the local political clowns should be expressed.
They stole the repair funds now let them live with the consequences.

Bike paths and bribe money more important then all those people lives crossing that and any other bridge needing repair.

“We have been so far behind on infrastructure for so many years it’s just mind-boggling,” Mr. Biden told a group of elected officials
Question to biden: Who has been in office for 50 years as senator and VP and now president? Why have you done nothing?

I’m surprised it wasn’t diverted to SEPTA.

I don't know if this claim is true, but it rings true. In my community north of Seattle, there was a special levy passed four or five years ago to pay for the construction of new sidewalks on several streets that were specifically identified in the campaign literature.
One of those streets is a block from where I live. The levy passed, but so far nothing has been done to build sidewalks on that street. Instead, it has become home to run-down RVS and other vehicles used as homeless housing.

I immediately assumed the rats blew up the bridge in time for Brandon’s visit.
