Tucker Carlson: $1.2 trillion in infrastructure spending should mean better roads, but it doesn't Because of equity, you're about to get a lot more speeding tickets
Fox News ^ | 1/26/22 | Tucker Carlson

Think back, you may remember Joe Biden's infrastructure bill this fall. That bill emerged from Congress in November with a price tag of $1.2 trillion dollars. That so many zeros it's hard to imagine. How much is it? It's more than the entire GDP of the Nation of Mexico, one of the world's biggest oil producers, by the way. So that's a ton of money.

So for a bill that size, you would expect, well, big results. You'd certainly want better roads than they've got in Mexico. So we're getting those what are we getting exactly from that bill? Well, today the Transportation Department, which is now run by Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, finally told us the answer. Effective immediately, we learned this country will undergo a "paradigm shift" in the way we think about infrastructure.

[cut]

So what are we going to do about this? What is the $1.2 trillion dollar plan going to do for our crumbling infrastructure? Well, Pete Buttigieg has a plan. Here it is: More speed cameras, according to The Associated Press, Pete Buttigieg would like to quote promote greater use of speed cameras, which the department says could provide more equitable enforcement than police traffic stops.

Got that? So because of equity, you're about to get a lot more speeding tickets from robots. See how that works? Shut up, racist, pay the fine. The government does need the money for infrastructure even after $1.2 trillion.

Partner, there is no money for the $1.2 Trillion Dollar bill that was passed by the DemonRats and some Republicans voted for this monstrosity.

How many shovel ready jobs have "We the People" received from this massive bill $1.2 Trillion dollar bill. "0" Jobs we received from passing this bill.

You want to talk about the DemonRat robbery it is this $1.2 Trillion dollars absconded by the DemonRats.

This is twice they have gotten us and the first time is was for $1 Trillion by Obama for the infrastructure of this country and it was stolen by the DemonRats. Second time is it is by this brainless Biden.

People already know that the demonrats steal $$$ from the coffers everytime they get into office.

Biden will not get another dollar after 2022 and a brand new Conservative Congress gets elected..

I have seen that type of app in use. It appeared to work very well, not only for locating speed traps but anything that could impact traffic traffic was picked up. Warnings for disabled vehicles, debris on the road (including a roadkill), etc. were posted.

They cannot keep police officers safe; a lot more people will not flinch at taking out an inanimate object. Years back when they used two strips to record speeds and catch speeders truckers especially would lockup their trailer brakes and destroy the strips. One time a local police force used VASCAR and someone stopped and stole one of the timing devices. Also, a local town decided a 3 way stop was needed thus greatly impeding the traffic flow. They gave up after having to replace the stop signs on a weekly basis.

Thats $1.2 Trillion of Leftist pork , most of it going straight into the NGOs who are transporting and housing city size groups of illegal aliens i around the USA in the dark of night.

You want to be created as a millionaire, just run a NGO that houses and places illegal aliens. 148,000 in December alone.

These cameras are just to reap money from normals; too much of the permanent underclass doesn’t bother paying for anything (and waits for the inevitable “ticket amnesty”).

Saw a few episodes of “Parking Wars”; I couldn’t imagine living in any city that has those programs where meter maids just hover around the same areas screwing with business customers (they always seem to be business customers getting ticketed), and I couldn’t imagine how so many people drive unregistered/uninsured/uninspected/unlicensed and/or with outstanding tickets.

The COVID restrictions are coming to a head because people who don’t bother with those trivial details certainly can’t produce TWO IDs - the vax passport AND a photo ID to indicate the bearer is the same person.

BLM but more speed cameras to catch black people who cannot afford the lawyer to challenge them… just like the other blacks getting arrested by liberal rules (anti arms, anti smokes, anti business) but it is right wing whities’ fault.

They’ll pick which areas theses cameras go in for equity.

Either Butt-fudge or Carlson is behind the curve on this.

One major U.S. city (I think it’s Chicago) recently had a recommendation to END red-light cameras … because — get this — they disproportionately target minority drivers.

You can’t make this sh!t up. These losers will blow their own brains out before they ever come to grips with an objective piece of irrefutable evidence that minorities in their jurisdiction are more likely to break the law.

The Canadian Dictator, Trudeau has made deal with Biden to purchase their system of identifying and downloading information from cell phones long before approaching any law enforcement - ie they can see you coming.

Doubtless, they will be able to notice your speed from your phone’s GPS or tower pings. Along with your vax status, etc. Slowing down won’t help when approaching the speed-trap cameras.

There was an article here yesterday I believe, but was also mentioned on Tucker I think.

I am religious about posting/confirming speed trap locations I encounter while using my map app.

It’s the greatest thing since the invention of sliced bread.

I am convinced now that the $1.2 Trillion dollars has been spent by the idiot Biden and it is not on infrastructure for roads and bridges.
