How about this ploy? If blacks do not continue to vote Dem all the way all the time on the Dem Plantation then Dems can threaten to cut off their black Privilege including special moneys and set asides. “Reward your friends, punish your enemies”-—union motto.
It was the same 2 years ago.
Trump was showing strength among blacks. They countered it with hysterical propaganda over George Floyd, BLM, "mostly peaceful protests" and Confederate monuments.
The Dems are deathly afraid of ANY drift of blacks to the Republicans.
Without solid black support, the Dems risk being wiped out in several states. They would end up being a minor regional party based entirely in parts of the Northeast and the West Coast.

His approval among dead people is still overwhelming. There are some civil war KIAs in the boneyard who just plain love him. So he’s still got that voting block.
If you made it soynd like myself or others of my ethnicity couldn’t obtain voter ID.. i would stop voting dem. Why anyone votes for rhat is beyond me. But they will.
Maybe they’ll be so disappointed that they won’t bother going out to vote.

As they see “their” goodies go to Hispanics and white women, they realize they’ve been had; that is why Black Lies Matter formed during Obama’s second term. Despite all the hype about “hope”, they watched four+ more years of immigrants pass them by while their misery deepened and they were even more cut off from mainstream “America” (whatever that is).
A couple of years ago I watched a news interview with a black welfarian in NYC; she was b!tching and moaning that the new gubmint housing just built was being filled with Asians while she’d been in the same deteriorating dump for decades.
Nobody cares.
If you have a political party, whose base is poor, ignorant, disaffected people, you are going to make damn sure you NEVER RUN OUT OF POOR, IGNORANT, DISAFFECTED PEOPLE.............
even if they turn to the cemeteries, which they’ll probably do.
