And yet we have now, as a society, psychologized even COVID-19 in expressive individualist terms... Thus, Sara Haines of "The View" lamented, "I think some of the things we've learned in this pandemic will stay the same. I may never ride the subway without a mask, I may never go indoors to big crowds and feel comfortable without a mask." Michelle Goldberg of The New York Times explained, "What you can't do is force other people, whose vulnerabilities might be much greater than your own, to agree with your risk assessments and join you in moving on while the pandemic still rages."
But that's precisely what Goldberg and Haines are doing – forcing other people to take measures that the science does not support in order to maintain their emotional comfort...
But there will be no normalization for those who have made pandemic paranoia a feature of their identity. That's because the public health establishment has now successfully cultivated a large group of people who measure their moral value by just how compliant and panicked they remain over COVID-19: Fully 68% of people fully vaccinated with boosters remain very or somewhat worried about getting sick from COVID-19 in the next year, compared with just 39% of those who are unvaccinated. This is the precise opposite of what the public health authorities should have achieved – but expressive individualism has won the day once again, conflating one's feelings with one's identity group.

I’ve long identified as politician paranoid and have been socially distancing for many years.
This description fits my sister to the letter.
Agoraphobia. taught through and heightened by fear and the creation of free-floating anxiety. The cure for some is time. For others information. And for many there will be precious little healing. This alone has been a media-driven crime against humanity.
Seeing as how paranoia is irrational by definition, that’s probably a decent description.
Howard Hughes was terrified of all germs and viruses—apparently a man way ahead of his time—while he was alive everybody thought he was a kook.
What a bunch of Pandemophobes! These people need to be shunned.
If one of these things ever gets in my face railing about their fears - they may never walk right again.
He died at the age of 70 (kidney failure) so his tissue box shoes didn’t really save him.
When you consider how many hypochondriacs and leaning-hypocondriacs there are in the world, those entities hoping to gain their ends through a worldwide panic already had a head start in the millions, and perhaps billions, from the media’s first COVID news blitz.
Real science says those masks are worthless.

Yesterday I saw a woman…maybe about 40…in the grocery store spin around and press her (masked) face against the shelves when I walked by unmasked.
I live in Florida, btw, where nobody has to wear a mask, and I don’t. I never have, in fact, and most other people here either never wore them or had stopped. But all of a sudden, some people (mostly middle aged women and young men) have gone into a total panic. I don’t know what set them off, but they’re utterly nuts…and they love their fear. It’s what their life is all about.

Those who exist without faith and trust in Christ Who is The Resurrection and the Life cling to their snout covers and cleave to their vaccines.
And I truly feel very sorry—sorrowful—for them.
They exist. They do not LIVE.
