The State Department has ordered families of U.S. Embassy personnel in Ukraine to begin evacuating the country as soon as Monday, U.S. officials tell Fox News.
Next week, the State Department is also expected to encourage Americans to begin leaving Ukraine by commercial flights, "while those are still available," one official said.
Moscow has massed tens of thousands of troops at the border with Ukraine, leading to fears of an invasion.

They are in no danger from Putin.
An agreement is in place and Putin is a straight dealer in when it comes to this kind of thing. Putin is mean as can be but does not want to be seen as a maniac. He wants Russia to be respected, feared and powerful without being a terror state. He knows how to walk the line and has for years.
Russia cannot afford (financially) to annex all of Ukraine.

Which is really funny to me, in that Blinken is threatening as part of “sanctions” to eject Russia from SWIFT. That’s like giving Russia the Comfy Pillow!
